Groupe Jesta / Jesta Group

Other Innovative Acquisitions

In the heart of Paris, the FAUBOURG SAINT-MARTIN property was awarded first prize for architecture in 2000 by the MIPIM (an international gathering for real estate professionals). The building houses the head office of BETC Euro RSCG (a leading company in the field of media publicity and a subsidiary of Havas).

In the same vein, Jesta Group was responsible for the construction of two buildings in Lille to house the offices of ATOS MULTIMEDIA (a company specializing in consulting, design, development and integration of specific computer solutions), the parent company of Philips and KPMG. Though not a core strategy, Jesta's development skills were made apparent in these laborious and exigent development endeavours.

Other unique and innovative acquisitions include the massive PARC SAINT-CHRISTOPHE in Cergy Pontoise, the headquarters for AMEC-Spie (an international conglomerate operating in numerous sectors such as construction, industry, nuclear power plants and transport worldwide). This acquisition introduces into the marketplace a model offering a new design for independent sites intended for large industrial and tertiary groups.
