Jesta Group diversifies its activities through acquisitions in the fields of leisure and tourism. For these properties, Jesta Group has selected tenants that are publicly traded companies with long-term leases.

To this end, Jesta Group acquired the CENTER PARCS in NORMANDY and SOLOGNE as well as two apartment hotels in COURCHEVEL in the SAVOIE region run by PIERRE & VACANCES, a leading European company in the field of tourism. In total these assets comprise over 6000 hotel residences. These very large and diversified properties offer Jesta stable and secure investments over a long horizon.

The purchase of the Palais Stephanie hotel on the Cote D'azur in Cannes is centrally located on the famous 'croisette' and is one of only four PALACES on the Croisette. And following a beautiful refurbishment overseen by Jesta, will be one of the most modern and luxurious hotels in Cannes. With its 234 rooms and suites, an 840 seat capacity theatre, 30,000 square feet of conference space and rooftop pool, the Palais Stephanie is also home to luxury shops and a beautiful casino and restaurant. This purchase outlines Jesta's commitment to and belief in the lodging sector as we pursue luxury hotels in primary markets.
