These buildings house, among other well-heeled tenants, national chains such as ECKERD, MARSHALLS, T-JMAXX, FACTORY 2-U and the HOME SAVINGS BANK OF AMERICA all of whom have abetted Jesta in becoming known as a capable and economically sound landlord thus gaining confidence in our abilities and causing the relationships with these 'big box' tenants to expand throughout many other properties over the years.
With this experience and convinced of the vigour of the real estate market, Jesta Group continued to rapidly expand its position in the American market with many acquisitions of retail and office buildings. Jesta's creativity is exemplified in its acquisition of the Northwest Mall located on an 18 acre site poised for a major redevelopment.
