Jesta Group began its penetration into the European market with the acquisition of three residential complexes: Rue de la CROIX-NIVERT, in Paris's 15th district, allée de FONTAINEBLEAU, in the Porte de Pantin district, and rue CHAPTAL in Levallois Perret near the Champerret Gate. Within 5 years, Jesta’s residential portfolio grew to more than 5000 appartment units in Paris and its immediate suburbs.
Jesta continued to add to its French portfolio with the purchase of five residential complexes in Paris' most prestigious residential areas. Buildings were purchased on AVENUE KLÉBER, close to the Place de l'Étoile, on AVENUE DE L'OPÉRA, near the Tuileries, on RUE DU FAUBOURG SAINT-HONORÉ, steps from the Élysée Palace and ALLÉE CLAUDE MONET on Île de la Jatte, one of the most sought-after areas in inner city Paris; not to mention a complex in the prestigious EIFFEL TOWER district, defined by four streets, thus forming a "district within the district," containing apartments with magnificent views of Paris. One of Jesta's most coveted office acquisitions: the ANJOU TOWER (which was renamed Jesta Tower) in the Puteaux district is the principal site for the CAP GEMINI Company (an internationally renowned computer company) and is an architectural masterpiece which forms part of the beautiful La Defense skyline.
